Life on the Rock (or Taking a Break)

I won’t be blogging for the next three weeks since it’s time for a vacation. By the magic of scheduled posts on wordpress, there should be a couple of posts appearing here while I’m away that will also run at Catholic Insight, Catholic Lane and The New Evangelist/Companions of the Cross.

We’re going here with some of the kids:

Newfoundland, Canada, a.k.a The Rock

After driving for the first two days, we’re going on this to get there:

For most of the vacation, our backyard will look like this:

We’re hoping to see plenty of these:

We’re also doing some of this:

The kids are hoping this happens……..

moose in campground

…but I’m praying it doesn’t.

Hoping we don’t encounter moose on the road…..

…….because I like my van:

Oh dear!

Oh, and we’re going to see this:

So if you think of it, please say a little prayer for our safety.

See you in  September!

Deo Gratias
